New ED App

Alrighty. So I was thinking of making a new ENDeviant app.
I decided to do so because, even though the last one was alright as is I suppose, I wanted to make an application that properly and accurately showed Deviant's strength.

I wanted to plan it out to go by some of the rules I'v put in the world of dA/ED. These rules being made to pretty much exterminate Mary sue/Gary stu-ness.
Rules such as the '4 Rules/Floors of Deviant power' For one. A rule that differentiates floor levels of everything In DA.
(Example: At the bottom floor would be "OC's", and at the very top would be "Admins". Theirs a little more to it, but for the most part self explanatory in the title itself.)

Also new stuff. Like taking the original 'Star system' of Attack/Speed/Special/Will Stats as seen on average Deviant ID And making it into an actual system instead of just putting whatever stars you feel/want to go there.
I especially want to work on this method 'cause I didn't really like my old '14 star' rule for the ED apps.
In this one it would actually be taking a Deviant's  actual stats on dA, The Four most important (At least as I see as the most relevant):
Deviation #
Watcher #
Year # (on dA)
Pageview #
These would be used and by some algebraic expression/formula (Which I have yet to find) would be put back into an accurate 'Star System' of somewhere between 1-10 stars.
(Example: Whatever your deviation amount( #) is ---> Gone through the algebraic expression/formula ---> Out comes the Number [# between 1-10] ---> And deviation goes to [For example/ but not canon] Attack ---> Deviant's Attack is : # )
Only trouble there is that I might need to come up with a Formula for each stat since the numbers between each can differentiate by a lot.

Lastly  to add to the App would be 'Types'.
This would be a method to show what kind of Deviant you are.
(Example: Sheezy would be considered a normal type Deviant.)
Of course having a type would hold somewhat substantial relevance. Such as each type will have its own certain and somewhat unique ability that affects that in particular Deviant One way or another.

Of course I'ma need help with each of these modifications to the new App in progress. So I am going to drastically need someone who is good with numbers (I mean good!) and probably just as good or someone else just as good with story.
